The location was perfect for exploring the city.

I had booked a Standard Double Room , but it was quite small. The shower had very little pressure . The water temperature fluctuated a lot , sometimes getting too hot or too cold unexpectedly.

The location was good for accessing central attractions.

The room cleaning was not done despite our request. When I complained, the reception offered lounge access as compensation, but the food was already gone when we arrived (I found out later it was served between 5 and 7 p.m.). I felt misled and the situation was not handled well (it was frustrating).

The room had functional heating and convenient bedside outlets. There was also a small table suitable for placing a notebook. I found it very useful. The bathroom featured floor heating and I appreciated this detail.

the cleaning was inconsistent. i requested cleaning every day, it happened only every other day. this meant having to use dirty towels for multiple days. the hotel didn't provide slippers unless i purchased the premium package? it felt a bit greedy after spending so much money.

i enjoyed my multiple-night stay i found the location convenient it was close to transportation and attractions i also appreciated the hotel staff their assistance was prompt and courteous the room was well kept and the amenities were satisfactory i used the business facilities and found them functional the breakfast service offered a good variety of options.

the room temperature was sometimes difficult to regulate to my preference it fluctuated slightly despite adjustments to the thermostat it was a minor inconvenience but it did affect my sleep quality on one of the nights.
